POOR SERVICE
MY QUERY HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED. I AM SO DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE THAT I AM GETTING FROM AFHCO. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

07 May 2019, 11:51The amount that was transferred to Etude was paid by me in April it was not deposit refund. The query is not resolved until I get what is due to me. I have escalated this query to Rental Housing Tribunal. Please advise how much from the deposit was transferred to Etude excluding the amount that i paid in April as you are claiming that the deposit has been transferred.

The amount that was transferred to Etude was paid by me in April it was not deposit refund. The query is not resolved until I get what is due to me. I have escalated this query to Rental Housing Tribunal. Please advise how much from the deposit was transferred to Etude excluding the amount that i paid in April as you are claiming that the deposit has been transferred.

07 May 2019, 13:04The query is resolved until AFCHCO refunds the deposit of R7000.00 that is due to me. Why have not responded to me question, how much was transferred to Etude from the deposit excluding the amount that i paid in April. Can you please provide me with the answer. i need you to specify the amount please as you claiming that the query is resolved. It will never be resolved until you refund my money.
