Poor service

After my last enquiry I had afcho representative bombarded me with emails that I was in error as though I had not been following up and not being told that there were documents they had not received and signed. I did that and sent it back to them, days after I called to know if every is in order and when should I expect the refund and I was told every was in order and refund will be with me by 24th Jan. I call up today and I'm being told no I will only get Tuesday. Again I am the one who had to call to find out what is happening. I told the lady I spoke to said she will call me back as I explained my current situation to her and I am still waiting. I am disgusted how they deal with people who should get their deposit refund I would never recommend anyone ever again to go afcho property especially when there will be a deposit required its not pleasant when its time they need to give back the money.
