Poor Service
Poor Service..
I've been a tenant at Afcho since February 2018 and everything thing has been well, till I've had a slight problem with some of my tiles broken and some have cracked to which I've reported to the maintenance manager " Peter Uyf" and nothing has been done.
He keeps avoiding my calls and I've even sent him an sms asking him when will get them fixed. It's unfortunate that I have nowhere to stay but beside where I am right now as I pay rent every month. Does a person only have to get assistance after they send through a complaint???
I hope this reaches someone who cares about their tenants.
