poor security and useless management

Good day<br> <br> I kholofelo Tema from ILANGA building room 139<br> <br> .I am here by cancelling agreement lease with AFHCO.I had a breaking into my flat on the 20/12/2015,i came to customer services on the 21/12/2015 to make a query for the internal transfer.I was served by Lebogang and she stated that theres nothing to be done since you were away so i lived in that traumatic situation and AFHCO is not liable for any loss.I then went to department of Housing for the mediation on the 6/12/2016 after i came to your offices with regards to internal transfer.I have been speaking to Freddy and he said he doesnt have any power to move me since they waiting for u and until today i am still waiting.The communication I was sent was only the FINAL DEMAND of rent then i settled my outstanding as i thought everything is on pause because of you sir.On the 21/01/ 2016 it was a mediation between dept of HOUSING and AFHCO regarding my case of your security.But there was no any representative from AFHCO who bothered to come.I feel am neglect in your property.I clearly understand with your 20 working days but this cant wait.am moving out by 31/01/2016.
