Poor property management

At The Falls Lifestyle Estate the building management is totally incapable of fixing anything. The stuff that "has been fixed" is poorly done and breaks again. Maintenance guy doesn't arrange with you that he'll be coming. If he comes while at work, he doesn't come back. Some things have not been fixed for over a year. I've had no hot water for 3 days now, no answers no help. Things that shouldn't break, are breaking and you are charged for them getting fixed.It's truly frustrating living here.
