I regret signing a lease at this apartment complex. The management is atrocious. Despite the high rent, which supposedly includes access to the gym and swimming pool, these amenities are never available. The gym has been "under maintenance" for months, and the pool is constantly closed cause it is always dirty.

Whenever I try to address these issues, the manager is mysteriously never available. Emails go unanswered, and the office staff are either clueless or dismissive. It's clear that management doesn't care about the residents or providing the services we're paying for. Save your money and find a place that actually delivers on its promises.
