POOR MAINTENANCE OF BUILDING>

The maintenance services of AFHCO is poor. Do not move into any of their building unless if you want to live in a ***sty. The turnaround time for maintenance service in your unit should some break is 5 - 7 day. Yes a week. This means that in case stove stops working you will need to wait for a week before that will be resolved. Forget about the building managers. Do not move into Cambalala. The manager is ****. He will not attend to any of your issues. Even if you call him he will not assist. I have had to live in a unit where the kitchen tap water handle was broken and the manager did not help for over 6 months. As I am typing this review, I called him to follow up in the morning and he still hasn't come to help. Patronize other property management agencies, definitely not AFHCO.
