Poor disgusting 🤢 horrible customer service

I’ve been with these guys for more than 2 years, last month i received a letter of demand stating i’m in arrears for parking 🅿️ which i don’t know why it hasn’t been included in my monthly bill, this month it’s nolonger parking but it’s rent but i paid what was sent for some reason these findings happen after their statement i don’t understand why, i’ve been trying to contact zodwa the credit person she not reachable don’t even think she is interested to talk to tenets,sent an emails that she hasn’t rep**** to or i’d assume not interested, quick to act on their side but not quick to resolve nor take ownership of their level of incompetency
