Poor customer service from HARRISON CHABANA

When I was looking for accommodation via Afhco, I got referred to Harrison Chabana at the Jabulani Lifestyle Estate, who has been assisting with paperwork and all. I sent all the required documents and payments that were needed. Needed to move in on the 1st April 2021 and paid my balance on the 1st in the morning. Informed Harrison and he advised me to send all the POPs, and that was around 9:30am, which I did send. Asked him if all was in order for the move in, as I planned to move in around 12/1pm on the 1st, and he said all was in order. Around 11am, I asked where I would find the key or advise if he is at the flat, he said he was at the flat. I ran a bit late with my moving transportation and ended up moving around 1:30, as I was on the way, I sent him a whatsapp, and he didn't respond. Got to the flat and now, he only called me, asking if I was moving in today(the 1st) or the weekend. He then said, he had to leave because he had other tenants to attend to. Confused to the core now, because why would he ask if I'm moving in today or weekend, when I had clearly informed him when I sent all the POPs in the morning that I'll move in on the 1st, and even asked if all was in order to move in. As he called me, he then says my unit's key is broken and I can't move in there yet, couldn't he tell me that when we were communicating in the morning? Well, he then said I need to find the building manager who will give me a key to unit B103. Mad and frustrated as I was, I moved my belongings there. An hour or two after getting my things all in the unit, I needed to buy electricity as there wasn't. The meter number kept being rejected. Had to call Harrison to find out what's happening. After a while of following up, he informs me that the meter number is not registered and there's nothing he can do now. How the hell does one move in tenants to a place he doesn't even know if it's operating or not? Spent the whole night with no electricity, my fridge off, which led to food being spoilt. Told him his customer service are extremely terrible, he got mad and said I shouldn't take out my frustrations on him, his not a freelance agent! The following morning he got to the flat around 10am to get the key to my unit fixed, he didn't even inform me he was around. I sent him a text again to ask when everything would be sorted. He texted back after a while saying the key was sorted and he left it with the security as he had nothing further to say to me. Was I not supposed to ask all these questions about his *********** skills to customer service? Fine, get to the unit and only to find out there's only the burglary key and not the door key. I texted him again to ask about the door key and he hasn't even responded, message was sent on Friday (2nd April). I have been sleeping in a unit with no door key and my door being locked and it's Tuesday (6th April) today and nothing has been done. So, what exactly are we paying for if your employees don't attend to customer queries, or ya'll just don't care as long as the lease is signed and the payments are made? I must say, Harrison Chabana's customer service skills are the worst thing ever and really hope as management ya'll will do something to fix this, as this is unacceptable and very frustrating.
