Poor customer service, Do not come stay here.

I stay at South hills lifestyle estate, in South hills. A building owned by AAFHCO properties, apartment D301.

I have had a query with them since 11/11/2019 where they had incorrectly billed my account in October 2019 and the arrears each much have an interest added, despite every effort, calls and communication I have sent them to resolve it since the stated date. Noluthando Tshabalala was the first to assist, I have been following up since and every-time I phone her, she doesn’t recall and I must send her an email so we can start the process again. The incorrect amount then was R1093,37

04.02. 2020 I pulled in Peter Hlongwane, billing and customer service to the matter as now I was getting letters and messages that my rent was in arrears, at the time the amount was R1 514.08 *** and the communication always carried a weight of them taking legal action. To date I have told them to take legal action, maybe the matter will then be resolved. Nothing. I opted on complaining and interacting the matter on their WhatsApp page, no assistance again but that it was logged. I then complained on their Facebook page on the inJuly 2020 and only I received feedback on the 15th of September (after many follow ups) that the matter has been sent to their portfolio department and should wait for feedback. To date I have not received anything. 15th October I pulled Nqobile Zwane who is the credit controller through. She has not even taken the Liberty to respond to anything, neither did Valencia or any Yho off there after. Until recently when I met Peter Hlongwane in the building and he did not shy away to tell me that is a complaint that he doesn’t even remember, I sent him to his emails and he told me he would rather we pay half each of the balance. No accountability taken that they have ****ed up and have a ****ty service. To send me away he told me to leave he will sort it out the same same day. That’s now August 2020. To date the balance is R1 762.24 last received bill in July 2021.
