poor customer service!!

It’s actually zero starts but because that’s not an option we can go with one.

This is a horrible place to live at!!! Please don’t bother yourself. The customer service is nonexistent. I have an ongoing issue since last year November that @Afhco has completely ignored helping me, a water bill charge of 10k which is ridiculous considering I have been living along in this apartment for 2 years and I’m renting. They have resorted to locking up the apartment twice but ignored the trail of emails that I have bombarded them with asking for help!! Don’t walk, ruuuuun from this place!! Not worth it!!!!!!!
