Poor customer service and no sense of urgency

You guys know nothing of customer service, one has to harass you in order to get feedback on an application to rent a place. if they don't, you also keep quiet. Ther is no sense of urgency at all. Do better man, agents such as Justice Ramoneniwa are plain useless. When you call or text he does not bother to reply. I stopped contacting him for updates and the **** has been quiet since. How unprofessional and rude.
