POOOOOOORRRR SERVICE DELIVERY AND TERRIBLE WIFI

We moved to one of afhco building around june 2021 ,the place looked part and the external views about was cool ,well the service is very very very bad.We first had a problem of WIFI which they display it when you get to theIR entrance ,well let me tell you we still expriencing the same problem(POOR CONNECTION) .When you report this issue to the building manager, what he does he just blue tick you (JEEP POSTOFFICE BUILDING MANAGER)via whatsapp.We app**** for a decoder september and we approuching december now still WITH NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO decorder .well when you report the issue the consultants(itumeleng,Nozipho who fails to respond to her email and others forgot there names).They keep on referring me to the manager who am not allowed to talk to(TAILEN ).CAN WEEEE PLEASE GET THE DECORDER AND OUR WIFI GET FIXED
