Please urgently assist!

Please urgently assist! Jabulani Lifestyle Estate Unit D107. 1. Leakage just next to the toilet in the bathroom, coming from underneath the tiles. This has been reported numerous times before. 2. Kitchen sink pipe (inside the cupboard) is leaking as well - also previously reported 3. We moved in in Oct 2020 but still don't have access cards - also previously reported 4. The rats / mice are a huge concern / problem. There's a foul smell coming from where the geyser is into the house - please look into this ASAP
