Please get us a proper credit controller

Hello,,am a tenant at 120 end street and so tired of going to Afhco's main office every month for the past3 months complaining about the wrong statements they send to me,,,they always overcharging me due to some"balance brought forward"which totally surprises me because I always pay the full amount or even a bit extra since I use the cash deposit methods.Everytime I go there the consultants say they're emailing Moses,the credit controller bt i never get any feed back.The last blow was last month when I discovered that my deposit held at Afhco is R0.00,,when inquiring abt that they me I didn't pay my rental in 2017 so they took that month's rent from my deposit,,but as far as I know,,if you miss the deadline they first switch off the lights then lock the unit,,which nevertheless happened to me because my account is up to date,,if they took the rent from my deposit why is it only appearing from last month statement yet they say it happened in2017,,no one ever called me abt any arrears on my rental like what they normally do if my proof of payment doesn't reflect on their system.The only time I never paid rent was in Jan 2016 if I'm not mistaken,,when i qualified for a 100% discount for being a loyal tenant for4+ yrs..Now my deposit is still R0.00 and they said I owe them R295 yet I paid the amount reflecting on my statement,,I really don't know what the problem is or they no longer need long term tenants!!
