PLEASE FIX OUR WIFI

Can our WIFI get fixed please , its been months ,in fact since the day we moved that place .but now i think it is worse because iv been complaining about it.THE BORING PART IS, IT ONLY CONNECT WHEN WE LEAVE OUR UNIT(why???),maybe they trying to spite us ,and the building manager is not even willing to assist ,what he does he blue ticks you and just avoid you ,I MEAN WHEREEEEEE THE HELL ARE WE GOING TO COMPLAIN IF THE BUILDING MANAGER DOESNOT RESPOND OR ENGAGE IN CONVERSATION THAT WE HAVE .
