The most disgusting property management company. They bring up all theses monies and nonsense policies when you move out just so they can avoid giving back your deposit. They handed my name over to debt collectors for a debt I knew nothing about and I got blacklisted when they've not even communicated with me about it. I called customer service and the representative ITUMELENG TLOU was so rude and insensitive and told me it's my responsibility to call them and check on my account a year after I've moved out. I don't recommend AFHCO to anyone. They are ruthless and ***********.
