Pieter Uys Afhco bad service

Bad customer service, they send incorrect billing and refuse to reverse the charge, their Pieter Uys doesnt even respond to anything, he doesn't answer calls, he doesn't respond to queries, he just send you one line email " contact Zodwa to make payment arrangements" Im at Southhills lifestyle estate - the service is bad enough already its either no water or no electricity every 2nd day. i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone especially witht he bad management service, they have no customer service skills at all.
