To Prospective tenants: Please do not rent from any of AFHCO’s properties. Terrible management throughout your lease period. An even more *********** building manager. Furthermore, YOU WILL HAVE TO FIGHT TO GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. I moved out on the 1st and still no funds received. I call every single day to get progress on my query and hear the same stupid excuses. Just an overall terribly managed company and untrained customer service staff.
