Pay for ROOM 211 ( big ) but get ROOM 109 (tiny)

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>My name is Luyanda Kubeka,I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your agent Eric. I app**** for one of the rooms at Atkinson house, I viewed room 211 which I liked about two weeks ago. I communicated to Eric via email, at no point did he let me know that he had given the room to someone else.</p> <p> </p> <p>Eric had told me that I should go to the Afcho offices in Doornfontein on Wednesday for signing of the lease. We agreed to meet up but he was unavailable. Duncan (agent) assisted me and told me that the room was already taken by someone else this was news to me.I notified Eric and he told me I got room 109,he told me it was the exact same as room 211.I had no reason to doubt him, I assumed seeing that he worked with the different buildings he was aware. Yesterday I went back to the offices I signed the lease and I was happy to have finally gotten a place at Atkinson house. When I got there it was the total opposite of what I was promised, room 109 is tiny and not what I wanted.Im convinced what he told me about the room was a lie and I’m very unhappy about this.</p> <p> </p> <p>I’m really annoyed that I wasted my time and energy on this and now I’m stuck and I don’t have a place to stay. I would really appreciate some assistance regarding this. I unhappy with Eric and the end product, I hope there can be a solution to resolve this issue.
