Pay Back MY DEPOSIT!!!!!!

From having to Pay for faulty and broken things from my own pocket , to having "issues" paying MY DEPOSIT!!! Poor customer service all round. Never in my life have i dealt with such ****gery and unprofessional personnel in my life. Every week you're told same story " your deposit will be processed this week, give it 5-7 working days", its 2 months now since i vacated their premises but *****!!!!
