PATHETIC SERVICE, UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF
Good day
Your very unprofessional so called “professional customer service consultants” MBALENHLE and ITUMELENG have been ignoring my calls the whole day, I have left countless messages. Not even one of has the decency to at least tell me what is the problem.
Currently I cannot buy electricity since yesterday, even now. I want to find out what is the problem?
Whatever the problem is, but this kind of service is CHILDISH, NONSENSE AND UNACCEPTABLE.
I will wait and see if anyone will bother to attend to this…………while I spend another night in the dark with young kids and rotten food in the fridge.
