Pathetic service

I’m going to move out from this place because they clearly know nothing about customer service. I have been charged for a visitors boom gate damage which clearly wasn’t my fault, never been consulted, never notified me of the incident and on top of that how is it my fault when I never authorised anyone to open the gate and no couriers and delivery people are allowed inside the complex?? How did Afhco get to the point where I’m charged for a visitors boom gate that was damaged??
