Pathetic

Worst service ever! My rent is fully paid however my meter has been blocked!! Going on Day 3 now with no power meanwhile the people who are meant to assist make you run around in circles. I call head office and they tell me only the building manager can assist. I call the building manager and he says only head office can assist.He's now even resorted to ignoring my calls and texts. What a joke!
