Parking Issues

I moved in at Illanga in May. I requested parking and I was told I need to apply by the Building Manager. I approached Fredy, He said to me that Ilanga has no ample parking bays so I must apply next door (Nukerk) & when there is an opening he will transfer me. I checked him from June Month end till August as he said I should. I stopped because he said I was irritating him. Two weeks ago Fredy approached me to tell me he has parking for me, I just need to fill in the transfer form and he will allocate a bay to me. I did that and he gave me #28. I parked there for 3 hours and as I was walking to my car a RUDE Maintenance guy says to me I Parked by someone's parking. I then tell him that I got permission from the Building Manager, he RUDELY said to me that he does not care so I must move my car & park where I normally park. I did just that. Yesterday,I approach Fredy, he is with the same RUDE Maintenance guy who said I need to Re-register, Pay the deposit again. That was never communicated to me from the start. Walking form Nukerk Parking to Illanga esp at night is not SAFE at all. I called the customer services& Miranda said there is nothing they can do! How??#ThisNeedToBeFixed
