Parking Bay rental query - Sambro House

We recently started paying for parking at Afcoh had to go away on business and leave my car went to query at the office if it will be alright that I park for 48 hours as I have paid parking deposit, parking rent for that month coming and admin fee meaning R350 x 3 this was 3 days before the new month I was told it should be fine as grace period as the parking bag is free and registered under us. Today I have been double billed and harassed by the care take threatening to take my car out and not open parking lot when I arrive. I’ve since went twice to query this and still no resolve and my statement is still double bill !! Why on earth would I agree two paying one whole month rent across 48 hours X 2 !! Surely if knew I wouldn’t have parked !! The **** at Afcoh is endless and this is just the tip of the ice burg !! You guys use and abuse your tenants and try by any means to milk every scent from us but you under deliver. I need to this to be solved immediately and not linger like all other queries after 3 years
