Panama House security and building manager breaking lockdown regulations

Hi there.

We are currently staying at Panama house in 200 Commissioner. This morning at 00:30 we heard a knock on our door we saw two men standing outside our door and asked them to please identify themselves. These men refused to identify themselves all they asked was if we would open or not. We are two females who live alone. We are not willing to open the door for two men we do not know. Our lights were cut off and that's when we realized that they are security. We then went downstairs to speak to them. They at first refused to speak to us. They eventually said they will not switch on our lights because we refused to open and let them into our flat. They also said the reason they were knocking was because they heard TV noises. We don't have a TV or even a radio. We only have couches and beds. We told them about this and they said they will not switch on our electricity because they feel disrespected by the fact that we did not open for them to speak to us even though they could speak and be heard. This is 12 hours later and they still refuse to switch on our lights even though our rent is fully paid. I am beyond disappointed in your service. You guys don't care about the safety and well being of your tenants. Please do something about this. This behavior is appauling and unnecessary.
