painting charged on lease of more than 10 years and there was no painting done during than period
I have stayed at 120 end, unit 707 for over 10 years and i was told i will not be charged for painting when i move out because my lease was more than 10 years i terminated the lease beginning of December inspection was done even the building manager confirmed i will not be charged painting as nothing was broken and i will receive my deposit in full, few days after i received an sms that i owe afhco paint money and nothing is being said about my deposit refund i even paid more for my November rent i have followed up with afhco multiple times still waiting i am getting a new story every time i call, i was told 5 to 7 working days its been more than 15 working days still no feedback

16 Feb 2026, 17:15I have been waiting on someone to provide feedback but nothing everytime I call i am being told of how they are waiting on the area manager to reverse a charge but afhco never fails to send threatening messages since the 13/01 I have logged this enquiry..and I know I will get an automated response from them and that's it
