I happened to pay rent twice on December after I've been locked out... From my flat. I requested refunds which was very impossible and never granted. I've been printed a statement that shows I'm in credits and I'm still shot of R895 for the month of January 2016 how ever I ambstil getting SMS from afcho that my January bill is over due I am just curious now after I have paid 2 times in one month while I wasn't sleeping in the premises... There's no remorse on this no apology no courtesy of some sort... If I would ask what are the penalties for its paying late but its paid from the first and 14 of December will I be wrong if I ask a legal team to assist in such a case ? I fail to understand their billing and communication... No calls and such from the big company to explain such incidents what are the causes of this areas after paying 6150 for the rent of 3000 monthly... I'm broke and out yet I'm still on areas
