once again you have to play dirty to get your way

<p>So before i had moved to newgate i was promised by one of the agent that i would get a place i told the agent this is how much i am looking for which he said they had then two weeks before i moved in the price change dramatically and the only way i got my place was to complain on hello peter and i eventually got my place at the amount we had originally agreed on.now my sister is looking for a place and because i believe in giving people chance i gave my sis the same agents number (sooooo stupid of me),she then contacted him with regards to a place at the statford building she was promised by the agent that all she needs to do is wait for the 3rd floor to be done but in the mean time she can get her paper proccessed and make the needed payment which she has paid her first months rent already.but as always afcho or the agent will ***** you over without a second thought so my sister called to find out how long should she wait and she was advised that the 3rd floor has been completed however its now not available and that she has to wait till January for the 2nd floor to be available.now my question is do the agent jst promise people so they can get money out of them not think about the persons well being we are talking about house for goodness sake not a pair of shoes at a store.You make people jump over hurdles for nothing just so you can put your friends and families in and us commoners have to suffer the burden.And i bet if my sis wanted her refund it would be another challenge,why do u guys have to be like this tho things really need to change be it the agent or the company its self.</p>
