Offended my a Credit Control guy named Moses :-(

Hi I'm a tenant at Legae Corner Ellof and Bree , Today I was trying to make arrangements with AFHCO for my late rent , the only thing I'm asking for is to settle my outstanding amount in the next 7 days which is the 23rd of November, I've been trying to get hold of Credit Control the guy I normally deal with is hospitalized his name is Tinashe , they referred me to a guy named Moses, where he asked me to send an email with my arrangements ,I did sent it after several times of trying to be assisted so that I dont seem as if I don't care or I'm running away, after he read my email he called me asking for proof of bank statement I did inform him that I can get it the following day , he told me that what I wrote on email don't make sense and he thinks I'm lying , my question to him is why are you assuming things or judging my situation I am trying to be civilized and be professional of callings the office so that I can settle the balance of the rent owed. He told me there's nothing he can do , my place was locked and the lights were off essentially this was done without informing me, My 8 year old daughter was locked through out the rest of the day I'm writing this message while sitted at the police station asking for a place to sleep with my daughter since I don't have a place to go to , I'm so disappointed since I'm tenant for almost two years at AFHCO. I don't what to do and where to go
