Nu-kerk building main door

One of the main entrance doors at the building hasn't been working for over a month now and the building has 14 floors. Traffic going in and out of the building is a nightmare. I enquired about it the week of the 20th April and Lucy said it would be fixed before the new month. New month came and the door was still not fixed. I then got into contact with Tarrin (area manager) nd she said the door would be fixed on Friday 08/05. To this moment, the door is still not fixed, which resulted in me having to wait a good 15 mins before I can go into the building as there was a queue of ppl wanting to go out. This is really unacceptable and for this to even drag for so long is just pathetic and unreasonable. How much longer will we have to queue just to get in or out of the building?? They are not affected by this, so I guess there's no sense of urgency. Come month end, rent is demanded like its Armageddon. When it comes to them fixing the building, then they are just relaxed. I'm fedup with their excuses and I know they will still give me excuses after this post.
