Not safe anymore

Jabulani lifestyle estate is a ****..there are gunshots and the caretaker doesn’t even care.one of the other tenants pulled out a gun on the other tenants because he was waiting for security to open the gate and that security took time then they started insulting the first driver to a point where they smashed his windscreen and fired a gun ...in that car there was a baby.the caretaker and security did nothing about this so afhco tell me,are we safe in your properties? These securities bring their friends and chill by the gate and they are even disrespectful ????????????how do you feel every month people move out of your property because of your employees.if you don’t look into this believe me your flats will end up closed or with no tenants,,not so long ago there was a petition for the caretaker and now it’s guns blazing..staying at afhco is not safe anymore ????????????
