Not paid deposit refund as per lease agreement

According to the notice I gave ..I said I am going to move on the 31st of October but ended up moving a day earlier ..on the 30th .signed the snag list with the caretaker and there were no damages and also according to the rules on the notice of cancellation of lease I signed .afcho said provided that I meet all the requirement's .my deposit will refunded within 7 working days. However it's been 10 working days since the 31st of October and I still haven't received my deposit refund .I called customer care on 13th of Novembe 2015 ..some time before 12pm I spoke to lady and I told her about my story she then checked the details and told me that the money should be in my bank account by close of business since I also use FNB .. however I still haven't received the money . The thing that makes me mad is that afcho doesn't even abide by its own rules yet when a tenant misses the rent ..they are quick to act . I have always paid my rent on time. And I don't understand why am I not shown the same courtesy when it's their turn to pay me back. If I don't receive my payment on Monday I'm gonna have to report them to the rent tribunal .
