Northgate Heights Randburg Complex

Complaint: I am a resident at Northgate Heights Randburg unit 192 to be precise, and my electricity meter has been blocked for two days. Despite several attempts to get help from AFHCO and the relevant board, there has been no cooperation or resolution. As a result, I have been unable to work, prepare food for my children, and I am now running a loss on all perishable groceries due to the ongoing power outage. When I called the AFHCO Head Office for assistance, I was informed that they could not help me because the person responsible for unblocking meters does not work on weekends. This is completely unacceptable. My main concern, apart from the growing security issues like theft and house break-ins within the complex, is the lack of urgency from management in addressing such a critical issue that affects daily living and safety. It’s now been two full days without electricity, no lights, and no proper meals for my kids. This level of service and disregard for residents’ welfare is unacceptable, and I demand that this matter be resolved immediately.
