Non-existent customer service
Afhco is quick to block people from purchasing units but very slow when comes to taking care of their tenants. We have been complaining about an issue since January and it is now December and still nothing was done to resolve this matter. We even grew tired of sending them emails requesting maintenance with regards to the raining in. My child now has asthma because of AFHCO. You guys are just a bunch of amateurs, you block us from buying units for our meters, you expect your money on time but you've got no respect for us as your tenants. You guys are rotten bunch of ****** who is just after money. We always being asked our unit number and building name but still nothing gets done.
