Noise complaint

It's sad to say this but afcho doesn't care about they tenants. I'm staying at Frank&Hirsch building I've complained numerous times about children playing and making noise on the floors and not playing at the playground provided. Working from home is a pain in the bud. I've spoke to the building manager to speak to the parents of the kids or to do something about the situation but he also seems not to care for someone staying at the exact same building. I don't know what more to say rather than finding another place to stay.
