No visitors allowed on level 3 lockdown

If I could give afhco a 1/2 star, I would. First the service is poor, second the caretakers are rude, now we just found out no visitors allowed. I am surprised and shocked as other buildings don't hve this rule but afhco has that rule. My complaint my husband doesn't stay with me he comes to visit and he is the one paying my rent. He doesn't hve a fingerprint as we thought it was not necessary. Now how does he come home when told no visitors, afhco please advise.
