No Services at Afcho, Rent at your own Risk

I am renting one of their buildings in Midrand, one of the worst places. No matter how much tenants have complained, they don't care, We actually don't have anyone servicing the place, bins are left to rot, grass is left to grow to our shoulders, cupboards are falling, bathrooms are collecting mold, stoves are broken to mention the least, Its hard renting from Afcho, they are bad with services...
