No security at AFHCO BUILDINGS
My car got ****** last night from a 24 hour secure place namely South Hills Lifestyle Estate. AFHCO doesn’t care about the security of tenants, you rent at your own risk. No access control, the security don’t really ensure that they do their job(patrol at night) DO NOT RENT WITH AFHCO if you value your possessions

21 Jan 2021, 14:25Its have been over a month since my car was ****** at South Hills LIfestyle Estate, I have been emailing them and calling them but no luck. I am still waiting for their portfolio manager to contact me.
AFHCO doesnt have customer centricity, they really do not give a damn about their tentants.
To make matters worse, they wanted to lock me out of my unit due to non-payment, whereas my account is up to date.
All AFHCO cares about is collecting rent, anything over and above they do not care.
