No Response

I have enquired, called and emailed but no response. I have a situation where the lease is signed but firstly we don't have copy because apparently you do not give out copies which contradicts the guidelines on your tenant guidelines. We do not have a occupancy key to do our fingerprint or anything that says we signed the lease. <br> I have contacted Thabiso countless of times but he keeps playing games, our lease began on the 1st of January and two weeks into the month we haven't moved in because we don't have the means to d so. I have called and you told me email you but no one has responded to my email. I don't think its fair to pay and not receive the product. Please sort this out or we request our payments be refunded so we can find another place to stay
