No interest in human life, they would let you die for all they care
I moved in to one of Afhco s property buildings Cambalala in December 2017 which has Lofts. I moved in and i wasn't happy with the stairs because they are very steep and i asked the building manager about them and he said that they will be changed. I enquried about them again and the building manager said they will never be changed, i was furious because I was misled and **** to. I then sent a complaint email to Afhco on the 11th of April 2018 and I never got a any feedback, about two weeks back i fell from the stairs in the morning getting ready to go to work and i hurt my leg, i am still in pain and have scar and bruised. I again sent an email asking for feedback and telling them about my fall. The response i got was that their project or portfolio director will not be changing the ladder because of space. They did not care if i got hurt or not. They just told me to ask for a transfer to another apartment without stairs but there is not apartment here without stairs. I am appalled about the service and disregard of the type of business they run. Not happy at all.

We confirm that you are more than welcome to meet up with your building manager/caretaker for an internal transfer to one of our other buildings closest to your current building namely Sambro House and Stuttafords Building.
We further advise that you will not be charged an admin fee of R850.00 for the internal transfer, provided that the rental remains the same.
