No hot water

Afhco Property Management has got to be the worst ever. We have been without hot water at 252 Montrose for the entire weekend (same incident took place on the weekend of 3 - 4 October), yet, when it comes to payment, one is required to pay the FULL price for a fraction of the BASIC services received. As a potential investor with the aim of renting before purchasing, I will definitely not be pursuing my purchase of Afhco managed apartments, nor do I recommend the renting or purchasing of their apartments. No representative provides any updates or action.
