Afhco is, without a doubt, the most useless property management company on the southern side of the equator. I moved out of Northgate Heights at the end of March 2024. Can you believe that it is now the middle of May and I have not received my deposit. I've been given every excuse under the sun. - system maintenance, offline systems and supervisors not being at their desks for hours at a time. No matter how beautiful the property may be, if it is an Afhco property, do NOT do it. you'd have better luck renting from a Mam' Sibisi in Vosloorus.
