Nightmare at Ilanga HOUSE 426

On Tuesday 3rd of Novermber at 18:20 I came back from work. The volume of my sound was very low than normal I then up the volume from AMP. I went out to shops. When I came back there was no electricity on my apartment at first thought maybe the main switch went down, I then went to the care-taker to find out why before I could even reach his apartment I bumped in to him. I told him my electricity is down he told me he will enquire from a guy by the name of Manuel. The guy told him there was a noise of soccer coming from my apartment, I told him when I left it was playing normal I then assumed that at first the sound was down maybe it went up on it's own while I was out. He then told me he will switch it back on. After waiting for 45 minutes with no power I then went to the security I found Freddy there He told me he is busy I have to wait, I then waited for him at entrance he kept him self busy with paper work. I decided to go back maybe he will come and switch it on, I even fall asleep when I woke in the morning still no power, I went to office to complain then a guy by the name of Lehlogonolo called him he said he will switch it on, when I get there still off, I didn't bath to wk
