CAN SOMEONE ATTEND TO THIS URGENTLY .... I WILL NOT PAY A HIGH BILL OF WATER DUE TO YOUR NEGLEGANCE PLEASE SEND SOMEONE TO FUMIGATE THE FLAT. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THIS
