****** my deposit twice and they want my credit score to be bad

Hie, I was staying in AFCO building for 2 years, my first year was 21to 23 I was staying in a one bedroom wich I payed deposit of 4 200 and I stayed year and finish my leasse and I asked them to give me a bigger place to a 2 bedroom apartment they ask me to reapply as an internal transfer for a bigger apartment payed full rent and deposit again 5200 deposit and 5200 hse rent all together with utilities and the lease fee, they cherged me R11 750 for moving in to the 2 bedroom and I payed. They told me they will refund my deposit of the other flat when they check the unit weather I didn't damage anything bt they didn't say anything about my deposit I just received an answer by word of mouth from the building manager they sory u cannot get bck yr deposit because u put a TV, mirror on wall wich agreed bt my quiry is what I damage there they take the whole 4 200 Rands and I didn't do anything. So now the main reason am here is I stayed there again full year and the second apartment and I didn't default any rent the whole year and I vacate 31/12/2023 bt am still being charged for bill in the flat that I moved out without living any credit I pay off all the money during my stay with them. To my surprise I have got I moved out there but they still send me the bill for the month of February 2024. Kunaka N This is a friendly reminder for February paymentt. From Ahco which I don't understand because I moved out the whole of January am staying nt on there building even there company so I went to complain why name is still there in there system yet am nolonger with them. The figures that I was given were not corresponding to the print out that they gave me bt I have the print out with me also the one I received as sms is matching the hard copy one. So I made a complain to remove me on there system since am nt with them anymore and I left payed all my rents I dnt owe them anything instead they owe me my deposit, now they give me stories again for my deposit and a bill of 5 800. Please guys I need help I don't want my name ruined from an ex tentant L304 jeep post office.
