MY AFHCO HOUSING HELL EXPERIENCE
<p>As if being blamed for ridiculous damages was not enough I now have to wait indefinitely for my security deposit to be paid back to me. According to their contract a deposit is paid back within 7-14 days and its been 3 weeks now i still have not received it.I called to follow up and all i was told is that the building manager has not invoiced the so called damages...This is ridiculous to say the least.We all have time frames can you as a business learn to honour your contracts just as i did while living in your building</p>

Our records indicate your deposit was offset against the the repairs and paintings. Upon vacating our premises and per the move out check list , there were repairs and painting to be done hence the charges and the balance due.
Please note the terms and conditions on your lease agreement (available on request) regarding payment or non- payment of rental by the tenant, inspecting the condition of your unit (when moving in and out) ,it's maintenance whilst a tenant and the consequences thereof.
