The agents are selling us dreams,we are suffering with no water for more than 5 months ,poor internet and poor service delivery all they are interested in is their rent, don't even think of coming to this place ,security allows strangers in,no accountability at all,rent is not R5500 as they advised,it more like 7k and its never a fixed amount every month its high yet their service delivery its poor same as communication. Here you will suffer ,no accountability no communication but when they want rental their lines are suddenly working and they can reply to emails . nonsense
