Montrose 252 in Nightmare

252 Montrose is the worse place to live in, today a guy came to lock my doors claiming I didn't pay rent it went as far as him Removing the door, I managed to pull prove of payment and hand it to Lowrance the Caretaker of 252 Montrose. I realized if I came late home I would have no place to sleep even though I pay my rent on time. I felt so abused and definitely will take legal action against this behavior.
